We welcome all to attend Connecting Minds 2023. However, as this is a conference highlighting undergraduate research, you must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible to present at Connecting Minds:
Connecting Minds provides two distinct presentation mediums: Oral and Poster Presentations.
Oral Presentations are 15 minutes long, with an additional 5 minutes for Q&A. All rooms are equipped with data projectors. Connecting Minds will host a total of 24 oral presentations throughout the two-day event. In order to qualify for an oral presentation, submissions must be completed and of an empirical nature.
Poster Presentations will be held throughout the two day event at designated locations. Poster space is limited to a 4x4, square foot area, so please print your posters accordingly. Unfortunately, no extra space can be made available for posters which do not conform to the required measurements.
For additional details on creating the perfect poster or oral presentation please check out our FAQ page.
Connecting Minds reserves the right to assign presentation mediums at their discretion. We will do our best to accommodate your preference, however, we may be required to assign mediums in order to better suit the schedule. Presenters will be notified of their presentation medium once submissions have been processed.
